How It Works

Send your service request. Tell us who needs help, your location, and the date and arrival time you are requesting.
Pro Lice Removal reviews your request. We check schedule availability, travel time, technician coverage, and service details.
Need a different time? We may call or text you to discuss another arrival time.
Time confirmed. Your agreed arrival time is confirmed through the portal.
Pay the $50 deposit. The non-refundable deposit holds the confirmed service and is applied to your final bill.
Get your lice help. Your assigned technician arrives at the confirmed time. Final payment is handled after the service.

Before You Send Your Request

Please tell us if the client has locs/dreadlocks, braids, twists, extensions, weaves, heavily matted hair, or may need additional time, patience, or accommodations. This information helps us plan enough time for the visit. There is no additional charge for accommodations.

No payment is taken when you submit this request.
Faith will review your requested time. Once a time is confirmed, the required non-refundable deposit is paid to hold the service and is applied to the final bill. Lice checks are $15 for children and $20 for adults. Lice removal is $50.
